Transformation of teacher education evaluation In teacher education evaluation, the function of evaluation from focusing on screening and selection to incentive, feedback and adjustment;The content of evaluation has shifted from focusing too much on academic achievement to focusing on the potential of development in many aspects.The evaluation technology has changed from over-emphasis on quantification to more emphasis on qualitative analysis;The subject of evaluation changes from single to multiple;The perspective of evaluation has changed from finality to process and development.The evaluation methods are observation, interview and so on.The evaluation of classroom teaching focuses on guiding rather than judging.Objective and scientific teaching evaluation should be used to guide and help students to cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability.Teachers should evaluate students’ confidence, hope and wisdom by means of evaluation.The curriculum reform has brought great impact on education and revolutionary changes to teachers, but the moral demonstration of teachers themselves, the moral education of students and the moral classroom remain unchanged forever.Immutable morality is the soul and core of a person.A knowledge incomplete person can use morality to make up, but moral incomplete person is difficult to use knowledge to make up.Therefore, teachers should adhere to moral beliefs, act according to moral requirements, and be the embodiment of moral norms and the undertaker of exemplary morality.Teachers should use their own moral consciousness, moral emotion and moral will to promote the development of students;To use their own personality strength to infect students.Education is a kind of moral practice.
